The Agreement is designed to develop cooperation of «AK BARS» Bank and Special Economic Zone «Innopolis» (SEZ «Innopolis») within their investment guidelines, business projects development, banking business extention as well as establishment of favorable conditions for innovative activities of SEZ «Innopolis» resident companies.

Parties intend to develop strategic partnership with the view of creation of modern business infrastructure of SEZ «Innopolis», involvement of potential investors, financial consulting and providing comprehensive banking services.

The signing of the Agreement has been the initial step to the joint work on the development of innovation cluster representing particular importance to the Republic of Tatarstan.
