Job Title
Corporate Secretary of Ak Bars Bank starting from 18.10.2021.
The position of the Corporate Secretary was established in order to secure compliance of structural divisions and officers of the Bank with requirements of the applicable law, the Bank Charter and other documents guaranteeing the execution of rights and legal interests of shareholders. The Corporate Secretary is appointed by and reports to the Board of Directors of the Bank. The activities of the Corporate Secretary are adjusted by the Regulation on the Corporate Secretary, approved by the Board of Directors of the Bank.

Kazan Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, 2001, lawyer.
Additional professional education
In 2014 graduated from the RANEPA Institute of Business and Business Administration under the President of the Russian Federation, specialization «Entrepreneurship and Company Management», Master of Business Administration (MBA).
In 2010 completed a refresher course at the State University — Higher School of Economics, the Corporate Secretary of a Joint-Stock Company program.
In 2018 completed a refresher course at the Russian Institute of Directors, the course «The company’s corporate Governance system today: the latest trends and effective practices».
